Ford SID803/803A Bench and EMS2102 Readout in Bootmode

FGtech EOBD2 now supports benchtop Fullmode reading for Siemens SID803 & SID803A Ford.

The reading and/or writing can be done directly via PINOUT without having to open the control unit.
