New JTAG protocol for MPC57xxx processors

FGtech EOBD2 now supports JTAG reading of new ECUs equipped with Freescale MPC5777 processor. This protocol is very useful in case of microprocessor block, therefore it allows to read the damaged and/or corrupted file and to restore and/or clone the ECU.
