OBD read for Fiat and Lancia Hybid engine

FGtech EOBD2 now supports reading and writing the Marelli 11GF ECU via OBD.
We carry out the complete reading and writing of the control unit via the diagnostic socket.
It is also possible to clone the ecu directly via OBD.
