OBD read for MED17.1.62 and Update FRF/ODX File

FGtech EOBD2 now supports reading and writing Bosch MED17.1.62 ECU via OBD.

We have added new features to downgrade and upgrade the software of ECU systems mounted on Audi, Bentley, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen.

Through this function, EOBD2 allows the user to choose which software version to program in the control unit.
It is also possible to write directly via OBD the files read with bench and/or boot protocol.
