OBD reading for Iveco EDC7UC31 E5

FGtech EOBD2 now supports reading and writing the EDC7UC31 ECU via OBD.
We carry out the reading and writing in Can-bus of the control unit via the diagnostic socket.
Reading with K-line protocol and bench reading are already available.
